Description
Serve tea/coffee/water to Partner.Arrange and coordinate lunch pickup/delivery for Partner as required
Collect documents from one location and deliver them to another using a two-wheeler.
Travel to outskirts such as Tambaram, Medavakkam etc. on daily basis for document submission.
Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, filing, and archival of documents.
Manage incoming/outgoing couriers and documents.
Run office errands such as bank work, document delivery, and purchase of required items.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms for client visits.
Maintain pantry and stationary stock and inform admin for refills.
