GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITIONThe purpose of this position is to assist the Unit Head in running Cinema Operations by being responsible for:
1. Training & certifying 100% staff on all the tasks and processes
2. Training & follow up on HK staff/ Agency to execute hygiene and cleanliness SOPs
3. Increasing Customer Satisfaction4. Executing all the SOPs as per company standards
5. Increasing Club memberships
6. Increasing in F&B Sales
7. Controlling COGS
