Experience: 14 years (Q-Commerce / Retail / Warehouse preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Support Store Manager in end-to-end dark store operations
Manage shift operations, manpower deployment, and task allocation
Ensure order fulfillment SLAs (picking, packing & dispatch)
Monitor picker/packer productivity and attendance
Ensure adherence to Instamart SOPs and compliance standards
Handle operational escalations (orders, manpower, inventory)
