Roles & Responsibilities :Setting, Operating & problem solving in CNC turning & Turn mill machines
Basic Knowledge of 2D (Manual) & 3D CNC programming in Fanuc/Siemens control
Ability to do own setups & Part Prove out on Turning & Turn mill machine, Twin spindle machine
Understanding GD&T, drawing study& inspection method using various measuring instruments
Selection & handling of right cutting tools
Knowledge in Aerospace standard
Knowledge in EXCEL usage
Achieve Production Target
Responsible for Quality of the parts produced
Monitoring tool life & work closely with tool crib dept
Rejection analysis
