Description
Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers/borrowers for collection of overdue loan payments
Follow up on pending EMIs through calls and field visits
Negotiate repayment plans with customers
Maintain collection records and update payment status in the system
Ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues as per company targets
Handle customer queries related to loan repayment and settlement
Build and maintain professional customer relationships
Coordinate with internal teams for account resolution
Report daily collection status and field activity to the manager
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines during collections
