Description
We are looking for customer-focused and tech-savvy individuals to join our International Voice and Non-Voice Technical Support team. In this role, you will assist global customers by troubleshooting technical issues, providing product or service support, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience through both voice (phone) and non-voice (chat/email) channels.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including nights
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Prior experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage.
Ability to handle international customers and adapt to multiple communication styles.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
