NOTE: THIS IS A FIELD JOB BASED IN VAIKOM LOCALITYWe are hiring Collection Executives for Loan & EMI recovery with leading banks.
Preference will be given to candidates holding a valid DRA Certificate.
JOB ROLE
Contact customers regarding pending/overdue payments.
Follow up on overdue EMI/Loan repayments.
Maintain accurate records of calls and payments.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualification: 10th Pass
Two-wheeler with valid driving licence
Basic communication skills
DRA Certificate is an Advantage
