Description
Roles & Responsibilities:1)Manage daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely order preparation and delivery coordination.
2)Follow FIFO & FEFO methods for proper stock rotation and to avoid expiry or aging issues.
3)Check product quality, batch numbers, and documents (invoice, challan, e-way bill) before dispatch.
4)Supervise picking, packing, and loading to ensure correct materials and quantities are sent.
5)Update stock movement in Tally/ERP and maintain accurate dispatch and inventory records.
6)Coordinate with transporters and internal teams, and resolve any dispatch or transit-related issues.
