Description
ROLE OBJECTIVEThe Distribution Development Officer (DDO) will be responsible for appointing, activating, and stabilizing micro distributors for Khandelwal Ke Namkeen. This is a pure field execution role, focused on channel expansion, not desk sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify potential micro distributors / wholesalers / kirana suppliers in assigned territory
- Appoint new distributors using company commercial terms
- Ensure first order + minimum one repeat order within 30 days
