Description
Role and Job(Optional):Field Customer Support Engineer
To install, service, and maintain hospital furniture and patient mobility devices.
Install & commission hospital beds, ICU beds, stretchers, wheelchairs, and mobility systems
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical systems
Repair motors, actuators, hand controls, frames, wheels and braking systems
Perform preventive maintenance at hospitals & care centers
Train hospital staff on safe use and basic troubleshooting
Respond to service calls and ensure fast resolution
Maintain service records and spare-part usage reports
