Key Responsibilities
Source delivery boys/riders from:
Local areas, petrol pumps, parking spots, markets
Job fairs and hiring camps
Referral networks
Conduct on-the-spot screening & interviews
Explain:
Earnings structure (per delivery, incentives)
Work shifts and policies
Assist candidates with app installation & onboarding process
Verify documents:
Driving license
RC (vehicle registration)
Aadhaar / PAN
Coordinate with internal teams for background verification
Ensure daily joining targets are met
Track candidate pipeline and follow-ups
