FMCG Store Manager Roles & Responsibilities
1. Store Operations
Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations
Open and close the store as per schedule
Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
Ensure proper product display as per planogram
2. Inventory & Stock Management
Monitor stock levels and avoid stock shortages or overstocking
Ensure FIFO / FEFO (First Expiry First Out) is followed
Track expiry dates and damages
Coordinate with warehouse/vendors for stock replenishment
Conduct daily/weekly/monthly stock audits
3. Sales & Customer Service
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
