Maintain food quality, hygiene & kitchen cleanliness
Handle fast food counter and customer orders efficiently
Ensure proper preparation of sauces, stuffing & paratha wrapping
Requirements:
Experience in Mughlai & Roll preparation
Knowledge of tandoor/gravy preparation is an advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
