Manage housekeeping team/manpower for the concerned area as per budgeted /approved nos.Hiring manpower for assigned jurisdictions / otherwise too & documents submission of newly inducted staff without fail. Special focus to be given to age group (21-35) during staff recruitment drill. New staff only be deployed after documents verifications & after taking valid photo ID ( adhar card etc.) & complete set of documents should be submitted to HR subsequently.
Weekly visit at HO for better coordination amongst other departments in case of any staff grievances (salaries, uniform & other concerns) etc in 1st month, later Ho visit may be reviewed further & can be fixed fortnightly as per requirement.
