Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintaining Daily attendance report
Hands in experience handling with the Statutory compliances like PF, ESIC, Leave Management and Payroll.
Managing Admin activities and Employee relations.
Handling the Biometric and Access card providence to the employees.
Maintaining Employees and Managers Co - ordination.
Must have hands in experience handling Payroll and Attendance maintenance for about 200 employees
Must have sound knowledge and working experience in Ms office
