Description
Job ResponsibilitiesRecruitment: Sourcing, screening & coordinating interviews.
Maintain attendance, employee records, and HR documentation.
Assist in payroll inputs attendance, leave, and overtime data.
Handle office admin tasks: stationery, housekeeping, maintenance, vendor coordination.
Prepare reports in Excel and manage email communication.
Support statutory compliance: PF, ESI, bonus, minimum wages (if required).
Handle SIM activation, ID cards, and other admin operations (only if needed by your company).
Coordinate with internal teams and clients for day-to-day requirements.
