Work from homeHandle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage employee lifecycle including joining formalities, induction, confirmation, and exit process.
Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee records.
Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
Drive employee engagement programs and performance appraisals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1~ 3 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong knowledge of labour laws, HRMS tools, and payroll process.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
