Job Responsibilities
Generate leads for personal loans.
Explain loan products and benefits to customers.
Collect required documents from customers (PAN, Aadhaar, bank statement, salary slip etc.).
Assist customers in filling loan application forms.
Follow up with customers and bank/NBFC for loan approval.
Maintain good customer relationships.
