Description
Main responsibilities:Operate food processing or packing machines safely
Set up machines as per product requirements
Monitor quality, weight, and packaging standards
Adjust machine settings to avoid defects or wastage
Follow hygiene, food safety (FSSAI), and SOP rules
Clean and maintain machines before/after shifts
Report machine faults or production issues to supervisors
Maintain basic production records
Skills required:
