Description
Job PurposeTo support daily office operations by handling routine tasks, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting staff with basic office needs.
Key Responsibilities
Serve tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors
Maintain cleanliness of office, meeting rooms, and common areas
Assist in pantry management (cleaning utensils, refilling supplies)
Handle internal document movement and file delivery
Assist with photocopying, scanning, and basic office errands
Support office meetings with setup and cleanup
Collect and distribute courier, mail, and packages
Help admin team with day-to-day office tasks
Report any office maintenance issues to admin
