Role ObjectiveTo manage end-to-end operations including e-commerce order management, inventory control, social media execution, and logistics coordination, ensuring smooth daily business operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. E-commerce Order Management
Process daily orders from website / Shopify
Coordinate order packing and dispatch
Track deliveries and handle delays/issues
Manage returns and replacements
2. Inventory Management (CRITICAL)
Maintain stock levels (online + offline)
Update inventory in website regularly
Track inward & outward movement
Prevent stock-outs and overstock
3. Catalogue Management
Upload new products on website
