Key Responsibilities1. Surface Preparation
Perform pre-treatment, including degreasing, cleaning, phosphating, and drying.
Inspect raw parts for rust, dents, oil, and contamination.
Ensure proper hanging/fixtures for stable coating.
2. Powder Coating Application
Operate manual / automatic powder coating guns.
Apply powder uniformly as per required micron thickness.
Set and adjust spray parameters for consistent coating.
Maintain spray booth cleanliness and prevent powder contamination.
3. Oven Curing
Monitor curing temperature and time as per material specifications.
Ensure parts are baked correctly to achieve adhesion, finish, and durability.
