We are hiring Process Associate - Hindi.Job description:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Hindi.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality.
Update customer details in the system/CRM.
Follow call handling procedures and company guidelines.
Escalate complex issues to the team leader or supervisor.
Fluency in Hindi (Mandatory).
Basic communication in English.
0-3 years experience in Customer Support / BPO preferred.
Freshers with good Hindi communication can also apply.
Basic computer knowledge.
