Roles & ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision & Execution
Oversee daily civil work activities on campus (building repairs, renovation, new construction, road work, drainage, etc.)
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Monitor contractor performance, material usage, and work progress
Planning & Coordination
Prepare daily/weekly work schedules and coordinate with vendors and internal teams
Liaise with college administration, facility managers, and academic departments for work prioritization
Assist in preparing rough estimates, BOQ, and material requisitions
