Description
Roles & Responsibilities:Set up VMC machines as per drawing and process requirements
Load tools, fixtures, and offsets
Prove out new jobs and ensure first-piece approval
Monitor machining process and maintain quality
Maintain production records and tool life data
Follow safety and 5S practices
Skills Required:
Knowledge of VMC programming basics (Fanuc/Siemens/others)
Ability to read engineering drawings
Knowledge of measuring instruments
