Description
Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and store incoming inventory
Maintain accurate stock records in warehouse management systems
Pick, pack, and dispatch e-commerce orders as per SOPs
Ensure proper labeling, barcoding, and packaging of products
Coordinate with delivery partners and logistics teams
Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts
Manage returns, exchanges, and damaged goods
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse
Report stock discrepancies and operational issues to supervisors
